Type locality: Holotype and 2 paratypes from rotting leaves in stream, Mountain Zebra NP, 29.i.1965 AcV65/28; 2 paratypes from rotting grass, Zuurberg, 13.i.1965 AcV65/65; other specimens from Addo, Fort Beaufort, van Stadens River, and , all T.J. Coates leg.
